Cornelius 42, is the Founder of Vegan Friendly Foods Inc. and Vegan Fast Food LLC. Vegan Friendly Foods began serving southern vegan food in November 2018. Vegan Fast Food will open between spring -summer 2021. In addition to being a restaurateur, Cornelius gives consultations on all things vegan/plant-based.
